  • Have competed in 4-5 triathlon per year over the last six years
  • Have completed 30 triathlons - Aquavelo, Sprint, International and Half Ironman distances
  • Have been the poster child and ambassador to fitness for AARP since 2002. Have talked to seniors about fitness, life styles, quality of life, health and training. Have done Radio (NPR&ABC), TV (regional) and Print Media (local) interviews.
  • Have recorded every training session I’ve done over the last 17 years. I’ve entered the data into a spreadsheet and have included formulas. Through the formulas and data I can monitor my fitness levels, specifically train for an event, and benchmark my training results and recovery.
  • Through Pacific Health and national exposure, it has given me a larger platform and opportunity to share information and help people.
  • I have adapted a life style that has a balance between the mind and body. I have eliminated a huge amount of stress in my life and improved the quality of my life by 20 years.
